Four Strapping Lads
March 3rd, 2008 by Chris

This (basically) really happened! We ordered so much sushi one time that the waitress, worried that we were unaware of what we were getting ourselves into, talked us into reducing our order with the promise that we could order more later if we wanted to.

And we did, too!

EDIT:  And y’know what? I really miss getting my sushi on those big wooden boats.  I can’t remember the last time I went somewhere where they brought out my sushi on a boat.

It made for interesting times when Dumo and I would go together and the sushi platter we got to share was called the “Love Boat” or something.

Hahaha. I think I was asked that more than once. Then they realized that we always ate everything. (without emptying between orders) Hmmmmm Sushi….

Heh! Impressive. I always think I can eat more than I really can. It’s that rice, you know; it expands in your stomach..

    Hey Chris,
I’ve been going to the Sakana Grill lately here in Crowfoot. After 9 they have 20 dollar ‘Love Boats’ and 85cent salmon! I still love Yamato tho… it’s just hard to give up good/cheap sushi.

It was nice to talk to you yesterday. I’m so excited about your new house and stuff!
