Ask a Canadian!

We had a wonderful Canadian Thanksgiving this weekend.  Anna and I hosted a group of about 12 folks (three of them actual Canadians) over for a veritable feast on Sunday afternoon. Roast turkey, stuffing, homemade cranberry sauce, maple-pecan sweet potatoes, cheesy green bean casserole, parmigiana-garlic roasted red potatoes, pumpkin and apple pies with real whipped cream and amazing Tillamook Vanilla Bean ice cream, etc. etc. etc.  There were also some salads but whatever, like anyone wants salad!

Anyhow, it was nice to bring a little bit of Canada down to Kirkland for a day. Good times. :-)

Happy Thanksgiving!

There is nothing like Canadian Thanksgiving in Kirkland, and by that I meen I know nothing about Canadian thanksgiving in Kirkland (well I guess I know more now Mr. Wizard), but I can tell you about American Thanksgiving in Bothell… I wait till you’ve had time to digest your turkey.

    Another great strip!
